# Ingredients:

→ Crust Base

01 - 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
02 - 6 tablespoons of melted butter
03 - 1/4 cup white sugar

→ Creamy Filling Mix

04 - 24 ounces softened cream cheese
05 - 1 cup white sugar
06 - 3 eggs, large
07 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla
08 - 1/2 cup sour cream
09 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

→ Swirled Strawberry Layer

10 - 1 cup strawberry preserves or filling

→ Crunchy Strawberry Topping

11 - 20 crushed Golden Oreo cookies
12 - 1 small box (3 ounces) of strawberry-flavored Jell-O powder
13 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F (163°C). Blend melted butter, sugar, and crushed graham crackers in a bowl. Press the mix into a 9x13 pan and bake for 8 minutes. Cool it down fully.
02 - Whip the cream cheese and sugar until it’s smooth. Add eggs one after another, then toss in the vanilla, sour cream, and flour. Pour this over the crust layer.
03 - Dot the top of the cheesecake batter with strawberry preserves. Take a knife or toothpick and gently swirl the preserves into the batter for a marbled effect.
04 - Bake for about 40-45 minutes. The center should be a bit wobbly when done. Cool it for half an hour, then pop it in the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.
05 - Combine crushed Oreos, strawberry Jell-O mix, and melted butter in a bowl. Sprinkle over the top of the cooled cheesecake.
06 - Cut the dessert into small bite-sized squares and dig into these delicious strawberry crunch bites!

# Notes:

01 - These bites take their inspiration from strawberry shortcake ice cream bars.
02 - If you can, chill the dessert overnight for a better texture before adding the crunchy mix.
