Set your oven to 325°F (163°C). Blend melted butter, sugar, and crushed graham crackers in a bowl. Press the mix into a 9x13 pan and bake for 8 minutes. Cool it down fully.

Whip the cream cheese and sugar until it’s smooth. Add eggs one after another, then toss in the vanilla, sour cream, and flour. Pour this over the crust layer.

Dot the top of the cheesecake batter with strawberry preserves. Take a knife or toothpick and gently swirl the preserves into the batter for a marbled effect.

Bake for about 40-45 minutes. The center should be a bit wobbly when done. Cool it for half an hour, then pop it in the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.

Combine crushed Oreos, strawberry Jell-O mix, and melted butter in a bowl. Sprinkle over the top of the cooled cheesecake.
