02 - 8 ounces linguine, cooked
03 - 1/4 cup dairy-free butter
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
05 - 1/4 cup dry white wine
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 shallots, minced
08 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
09 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Gather all the ingredients for the shrimp scampi.
02 - Heat a large skillet to medium-high and melt the dairy-free butter.
03 - Sauté the shallots and garlic in the melted butter until soft.
04 - Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, approximately 2 minutes.
05 - Pour in the lemon juice, white wine, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
06 - Sprinkle the shrimp with freshly chopped parsley and serve with the cooked linguine.

01 - Reserve some pasta water and add it to the scampi sauce to enhance creaminess.
