Air Fryer Pasta Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup uncooked farfalle (bow tie or butterfly pasta)
02 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
03 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
04 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
05 - ¼ teaspoon dried basil
06 - ¼ teaspoon smoked sweet paprika
07 - Ground black pepper, to taste
08 - Kosher salt, optional, to taste
09 - 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat Air Fryer to 370°F (188°C) and set the timer for 10 minutes.
02 - Boil farfalle pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
03 - In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked sweet paprika.
04 - Drizzle the cooked pasta with olive oil and gently toss. Sprinkle with ground black pepper, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, and the seasoning mixture. Toss until well-coated.
05 - Transfer the seasoned pasta to the Air Fryer tray. Avoid overcrowding by ensuring space between the pieces and no overlapping. Insert the tray into the middle cooking chamber near the rotisserie catch.
06 - Cook the pasta chips in the Air Fryer, turning them halfway through. Close the door and adjust the timer if necessary.
07 - Remove the tray from the Air Fryer and transfer the pasta chips to a serving bowl or plate. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and serve with your dipping sauce of choice.

# Notes:

01 - Close the air fryer door when turning pasta chips to prevent temperature changes.
02 - For better texture, use slightly undercooked or dried pasta.
03 - Ensure pasta is well-coated with oil for crispy results.
