White Chocolate Funfetti Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
02 - 2 cups white Ghirardelli chocolate chips
03 - 2 tablespoons salted butter
04 - 1/4 cup white or funfetti cake mix (dry from the box)
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 2 tablespoons colored sprinkles
07 - Additional sprinkles for decorating

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium saucepan combine condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter over medium heat. Stir frequently until butter and chocolate have melted and mixture is well combined.
03 - Reduce heat to low and stir in the dry cake mix and vanilla extract. Stir well until cake mix is well absorbed.
04 - Remove from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of sprinkles. Immediately pour into prepared pan. Use a spatula to smooth the top and sprinkle with more sprinkles as desired.
05 - Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for up to 6 hours to ensure it is well chilled before cutting.
