01 - 2 cups sandwich bread slices, cubed
02 - 2 cups French bread, cubed
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

06 - 5 celery stalks, chopped

08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1 pound cooked turkey, shredded
10 - ½ cup white wine
11 - 3 cups chicken broth
12 - ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
13 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Arrange the bread cubes on a tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
03 - In a skillet, melt the butter and add the celery, onion, and garlic. Cook for 7 minutes, or until soft.
04 - Add the shredded turkey to the skillet. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
05 - In a large bowl, combine the turkey mixture with the bread cubes, white wine, chicken broth, thyme, and parsley. Mix until evenly combined.
06 - Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 18 minutes, or until crunchy and golden brown.
07 - Serve with fresh parsley as a garnish.
