# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

→ Spice Rub

03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon dry mustard
09 - Zest and juice of 1 lime

→ Hot Honey Sauce

10 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
11 - 1/4 cup honey
12 - 5 cloves thinly sliced garlic
13 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
14 - 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
15 - 1 red Thai chili
16 - 1 teaspoon salt
17 - 1 teaspoon pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized 2-inch pieces. Place the chicken, spices, and oil in a large bowl and combine well.
02 - Thread the chicken onto skewers, folding the pieces in half if long and thin. Ensure they are very close together to retain juiciness. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes while making the hot honey sauce.
03 - Set air fryer to 350°F on air fry mode.
04 - In a saucepan, brown the butter. Add sliced garlic, soy sauce, red chili flakes, Thai red chili, salt, and pepper. Stir well, then add honey and let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a heat-proof container.
05 - Arrange chicken in preheated air fryer, ensuring not to overcrowd. Air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes, basting with hot honey sauce at 7 minutes and again at the end.
06 - Serve the chicken hot with extra sauce on the side. Enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - To achieve juicier chicken, skewer pieces closely together.
