Chicken Squash Cauliflower Baby Meal (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 small boneless skinless chicken breast
02 - 2 cups butternut squash, seeded, peeled and sliced into 2-3 inch strips or chopped
03 - 1.5 cups cauliflower florets

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, tin foil, or a silicone mat.
02 - Place the cauliflower and butternut squash on the baking sheet. Wrap the chicken in a piece of tin foil like a sealed package, ensuring no moisture escapes.
03 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the vegetables halfway through. Verify doneness when vegetables can be pricked by a fork and chicken is fully cooked.
04 - For a baby food puree, let ingredients cool slightly. Chop chicken and transfer all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Puree for 1-2 minutes, adding water, broth, formula, or breast milk in 1/4 cup increments as needed.
05 - For baby-led weaning, let ingredients cool. Slice chicken into long 2-3 inch strips and serve each component on a plate.

# Notes:

01 - Age: Suitable for babies 6 months and older.
02 - Storage: Store finger foods and purees in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Purees can be frozen for up to 4 months.
